In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Ecosuntek S.p.A. has adopted a Whistleblowing Policy which sets out the procedures for reporting breaches, the guidelines for handling such reports, and the standards of protection for whistleblowers, facilitators and related parties.
‘Whistleblowing’ refers to the regulation of procedures designed to encourage and protect the reporting of conduct, acts or omissions that breach the Code of Ethics or the provisions contained in the Organisational Model 231 (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001), carried out by a person who has become aware of such matters in the course of their work, and addressed to individuals or authorities capable of taking effective action.
This Policy guarantees the principles of confidentiality, protection of anonymity and prohibition of retaliation, in accordance with applicable regulations. Its provisions do not in any way prejudice or limit the right or obligation to report matters to the competent regulatory, supervisory or judicial authorities in the countries in which the Company operates, or to the internal oversight bodies established within the Company.
